In first WP, project management is initiated, ensuring its implementation in time and in budget, and in compliance with the highest quality standards. The design, procurement, installation and testing of equipment are orchestrated. ELIDEK’s legal, contractual, financial and administrative requirements are fulfilled. Engagement with stakeholders and HYDRA’s end-users and dissemination of HYDRA to (local and international) stakeholders take place.

In this WP, identification of end-user requirements. definition of technical requirements and specifications for equipment and infrastructures are finalized. Implementation plan for HYDRA is developed by finalizing the overall structure of HYDRA and preparatory works.

• D2.1 Technical specifications of HYDRA

This WP comprise the installation and assembly of physical infrastructure, the installation and configuration of digital infrastructure and ICT equipment, the integration of physical and digital components and the preliminary testing and proper functioning control of equipment and infrastructure.

• D3.1 The Hydra facility

In this WP, training material and operational regulations for HYDRA are produced. HYDRA’s functionalities and capabilities in selected (real-world) scenarios are validated and demonstrated. A reference benchmarking database and accompanying models for HYDRA facility are developed.
